April 2025The apartment is spacious, on the 3rd floor(it has an elevator) and a nice ocean view facing west. So we saw beautiful sunset. The kitchen is fairly well equiped. Location is good with free parking and supermarket is on ground level, which is very convenient. You will need to bring or buy dish cloth, hand soap, since there aren't any. There are a few things that need repair...curtains not closing, crank of iron curtain broken, dripping water from water on demand unit, heating unit in second bedroom cannot turn off. The place was clean, but the floors did not look it has been swept/vaccum before we checked in. Communication with Nano is very good.

March 2025Das ist eine gute, geräumige und bequeme Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht und dazu auch ein sehr gut sortiertes Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss. Mit dem Parken gibt’s auch keine Probleme. Kommunikation mit Pedro war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und eine Reparatur wäre dringend nötig gewesen. Trotzdem wir Waren zufrieden und unser Aufenthalt in Porto verlief reibungslos. Danke

December 2024Perfect apartment to spend your time in Portugal. Has all the amenities you need: washing machine, fridge, bath, shower, coffee machine, kettle and a supermarket right below the apartment. Ideal for families.

August 2024Really good accommodation, beautiful as the picture. You have a sea view from the balcony, next to the Beach by foot. Lot of supermarket around, very useful. Close to Porto center.

August 2024L’appartement est agréable, idéalement situé entre l’océan, à 5 min en voiture et le centre de Porto à 20 min en voiture. Une attention est portée à la décoration et au choix de matériaux de qualité. Le quartier est paisible, des commerces sont accessibles à pieds. L’appartement était propre, l’équipe de ménage s’est présentée dès notre départ.

August 2024El apartamento es muy grande y está muy bien ubicado. Es ideal tanto para ir a la playa como para conocer oporto. Eso si, se le nota muy usado. Hay bastantes cosas que funcionan regular: ducha, persianas, electrodomésticos. También estaba un poco escaso de menaje. Aún así hemos estado muy a gusto!

May 2024Excellent host. Spacious apartment, located in a very good location in Gaia. Supermarket adjacent to the apartment. Not far from the ocean ( 5 minutes by car). Highly recommended for couples or families wishing to visit Porto.
