April 2025We spent a nice week in Leça. Nuno’s appartment is perfect for a family, close to the beach (100m away from the building!), and easy to reach Porto downtown. Everything is available in the flat, the small supermarket at 10min by walk, and several shops around. I recommand it.

October 2024The apartment was in a great location and was clean and modern but still with character. Kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils you would need. Our only comment would be the shower pressure was a bit weak and could only really be used on the small head. Overall was a very pleasant stay!

October 2024Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement lumineux, propre et au calme. La cuisine est vraiment très bien équipée. Les chambres sont confortables . Il est situé près de la plage et à quelques minutes en voiture un supermarché et des restaurants . Et pour rester en forme c'est au 3eme étage sans ascenseur.

September 2024Nuno’s place was everything you could need and more. It was located in a beautiful area, with very good transport links. The apartment itself was spotless, and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Myself and my family only stayed a few days but the apartment would also be ideal for a longer stay. Nuno was very responsive and helpful, and proactively reached out to provide all necessary information regarding checking in/out. The linens were clean, the beds were very comfortable and the apartment was easily to locate. I couldn’t recommend the apartment more. Thank you Nuno

Apartament był bardzo czysty i posiadał wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Gospodarz bardzo miły, pomocny i komunikatywny. Spędziliśmy bardzo dobry czas i będziemy mile go wspominać. Zdecydowanie mogę polecić zarówno apartament jak i gospodarza obiektu.

September 2023Het appartement was super. Erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Op loopafstand van het strand, dichtbij Porto en gratis parkeren voor deur. Nuno en Pedro hebben ons heel snel geholpen toen we een dokter nodig hadden. Wij hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad.

Excelente localização, a uma quadra da praia, padaria, restaurantes, parque para criança e etc. O apartamento é impecável, o ambiente mais limpo que já locamos, muito melhor do que vários hotéis que já nos hospedamos, tinha tudo que necessitamos. December 2023Desde luego si tengo la oportunidad de volver a Oporto, me alojaré aquí, fácil de aparcar en la puerta del apartamento. Es zona de playa con muchos servicios y fácil acceso al centro de Oporto, bus en la puerta y sino Uber al centro para 4 personas 10€, sin tener que buscar parking. Gracias Nuno por hacernos sentir cómo en casa.

January 2024L'appartamento di Nuno è spazioso e ben arredato, in una posizione splendida con vista sull'oceano. In quattro ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è perfetta per spostarsi in macchina verso Porto, evitando i costi alti e il caos della città, pur restando a breve distanza. La zona in cui è sito l'appartamento è tranquillissima.

May 2024Logement ultra propre, à 2 pas de la mer. Communication facile et à distance avec Nuno. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour la zone. A 20 min du centre de porto en taxi (moins de 10€). Le logement offre la possibilité de profiter la mer ou faire un saut en ville. Plein de petits commerçants juste à côté ( boucherie supérette pharmacie) merci

System for letting you inside: Pro - Nuno could let us know from his phone/virtually by opening the door when we were there Con - Made me feel a little uncomfortable knowing the door of the apartment could be opened by him at any time Great idea, but a little uncomfortable for a woman. Highly recommend this apartment, and Nuno was very nice and responsive -

May 2024Spacious apartment with all the facilities you could need. Easy access to Metro for visiting Porto itself. Easy parking for a car if you want to explore outside of Porto. 2 minutes walk from the sea and a number of local restaurants.
